What we do

Measured, not guessed. Designed, not random.

Developed by German physician Dr. Reinhard Voll in the late 1940s and refined over more than a decade of clinical study, EAV (Electroacupuncture According to Voll) is a non-invasive testing method that measures electrical conductance at specific meridian points. It gives a clear, individualized picture of your meridian balance and terrain, the kind of detail a generic wellness plan simply can't offer.

Once we understand what your meridians are showing us, you get a protocol built specifically for your terrain.

The journey

A clear path from assessment to protocol

Most clients move through their full protocol journey in approximately 180 to ~270 days. Here's exactly how it works, start to finish.

01

Choose your starting point

Begin with booking an Initial (EAV) Meridian Assessment, or an online virtual consultation and complete the intake questionnaire. *EAV testing itself is always done in person.

02

Your initial Meridian Assessment

A comprehensive, in-person EAV evaluation, giving you a clear report of your meridian balance and terrain.

03

Your Protocol Design & Order

I use your assessment results to design a protocol plan specific to your terrain and send it to you by email for review. This is also when you can enroll in a Client Care Plan, if it fits your needs.

04

Obtaining & Running Your Protocols

Once purchased, your protocols ship directly to you. Run them exactly as specified in your protocol plan and instructions, and take note of any changes or sensations in your body along the way. If anything feels off, contact me directly.

05

Re-Assessments & Adjustments

Once your current protocol round is complete, a re-assessment confirms the progress made and identifies whether further balancing is needed.

06

A clear endpoint

Care plans are built with a finish line. When your terrain is largely resolved, you're done. The goal from day one is that you no longer need ongoing support.

Your results, made readable

Three colors. One clear picture.

Every assessment produces a color-coded report you can actually understand.

Yellow readings

Readings in yellow point to potential blockages, coldness, weakness, or deficiencies in a meridian.

Green readings

Readings in green represent a balanced, well regulated meridian.

Red readings

Readings in red point to excess, heat, or irritation in a meridian.
Client stories

What clients say

After years of being told "there's nothing wrong with you," the assessment finally gave me a picture of what was happening. Three rounds later I feel like myself again.

The report was so easy to understand — yellow, red, green. Ethan walked me through every reading and the plan was clear from day one.

Booking, the questionnaire, payment — everything just worked. And the follow-up showed real, measurable change from my baseline.

Questions, answered

Is the assessment painful or invasive?

Not at all. You hold a small brass cylinder while an electro-stylus gently touches acupuncture points on your hands and feet. No needles, no discomfort — the BioScan system is FDA-cleared and completely non-invasive.

What does it cost, and how does payment work?

The Initial Meridian Assessment is $297 +GST and includes a results debrief. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a refund of the deposit minus any applicable transaction fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit in full. The balance is due at your appointment. Protocol equipment and media are invoiced separately after your assessment.

How long does the full journey take?

Most clients complete their protocol journey in roughly 180 to ~270 days: an initial assessment, one to three protocol rounds with re-assessments in between, and a defined finish line. It is not an open-ended subscription.

Can I start remotely?

Yes — the intake questionnaire and a 30-minute Zoom consultation ($75) can be done from anywhere. The EAV meridian testing itself is in-person only, in Foremost, AB or a satellite location.

Does this replace my doctor?

No. EAV assessment does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease — it provides information about your meridian and terrain balance. Always consult your healthcare professional before beginning new treatments.

What happens after I book?

Instantly: a confirmation email with your receipt, appointment details, and preparation instructions, plus a link to your intake questionnaire. Your client account is created automatically, and reminders arrive before your visit

Ready to get started?

The initial assessment is where everything begins. Book yours and we'll take it from there.
